Tell us a bit about yourself and your position at Adikteev.
I've been with Adikteev for six years now, and currently I lead the campaign management team. Our focus is ensuring strong performance for our clients' campaigns.
Tell us about your role as the Director of Performance. What is the role of the Performance team?
The main goal of the Performance team is to manage client campaigns to optimize performance and get the best results possible. Initially, our account management team handled everything—from client relations to campaign setup and optimization. But as we grew, we realized this approach wasn't sustainable, and we needed a team specialized in performance.
So, we split the responsibilities: The Account Management team handles client communication and daily interactions, while the Campaign Management team takes care of campaign setup, optimization, and performance in the DSP, ensuring the best possible results.
This structure allows us to be more effective, and as we continue growing, we're looking for people with strong analytical skills who can help optimize performance for our expanding client base.
You've had an impressive career path at Adikteev—you’ve worked across multiple teams in the organization and navigated going full remote, all while balancing motherhood. What is the secret?
I wouldn’t say there's a secret—it's always challenging. There's this pressure to excel at everything: being a great mother, professional, and partner all at once. But I’ve been fortunate to be at Adikteev, where I’ve had the opportunity to grow.
I started in Berlin when we had an office there. After it closed, I moved back to France, and got into campaign management, then operations, and eventually led the performance team. COVID was a major shift—I had to adapt to remote work, and it became a new way of operating.
A few years ago, my partner and I decided to move to Bordeaux for a quieter life. I’ve been fully remote for three years now, and I had my daughter, Blanche, two and a half years ago. While working remotely has its challenges, I frequently travel to Paris to stay connected with the team.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
Even though I work remotely, I love what I do. I have the flexibility to manage my role in a way that works for me, and I’m grateful for the trust I’ve been given at Adikteev. It's a different way of working—less operational but still deeply rewarding.
